To make your Chrome Developer Tools look more like an IDE follow the steps:

1. Open Developer Tools (F12).
2. Press F1 to go to Developer Tools' settings.
3. In appearence set Theme to Dark.
4. Go to Experiments Tab which is just below Preferences and Workspace tabs.
5. Select "Allow extensions to load custom stylesheets"
6. Install this theme from the chrome store: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/material-devtools-theme-c/jmefikbdhgocdjeejjnnepgnfkkbpgjo/related
Just click on it
7. Press Add To Chrome
8. Restart chrome and Open Developer Tools
