In the Edge app, do the following:
Press the 3 dots button at bottom of screen
Press "Settings"
Press "Privacy and security"
Press "Block Ads" (it's half-way down)
Slide "Block Ads" to off.

If a website wants you to disable your ad-blocker, first try 
just setting "Allow Acceptable Ads" to "On". That may allow the website
to function but still block ads. (works on wcostream)
