std::vector<int> v = {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7};
v.erase(std::remove_if(v.begin(), v.end(), [](int x){ return x > 5; }), v.end());

uses a lambda function that returns a boolean, true if x>5 in this case, remove_if moves elements larger than 5 to the end of v, erase deletes them.
