    let's get how recursive works in static varibale.
    
    Step 1: Getting a function call from main. it goes to foo funtion
    by taking a value of 5. 
    
    Step 2: in foo(5) there have a static value 'x' which gets incremented
    if condition statisfied. foo(5) get's statisfied but it doesn't addup to x.
    as after the completion of recursion it will get add up from bottom to top.
    
    Step 3: but x get incremented even it doesn't addup. At the end of foo(0)
    it gets 0+5=5 then 5 passed to fun(1) which will be 5+5=10 in this manner
    10+5=15--> 15+5 =20 --> 20+5=25. so the answer will be 25.
