In Flutter, a JSON map can be converted to a list using the map function from the 
dart:convert library. Here's an example:

import 'dart:convert';

List<dynamic> jsonToList(String jsonString) {
  Map<String, dynamic> jsonMap = json.decode(jsonString);
  List<dynamic> list = jsonMap.values.toList();
  return list;
}


In this example, the json.decode function is used to parse the JSON string into a 
Map<String, dynamic>. Then, the values property of the map is converted to a
List<dynamic> using the toList function. This list can then be returned from the
jsonToList function for further processing.
Note: that the dynamic type is used because the type of the values in the JSON map 
can be anything (e.g. integers, strings, maps, lists, etc.).
If you know the type of the values in the map, you can specify it explicitly.
