Looking at the previous screenshot of the monitoring system, it is clear that regardless of the current load, the class-loading activities take considerable time compared to other activities in a request-processing life cycle. This is an indication or symptom of a performance problem as it increases the overall response time. In the case of a bank, it could be confirmed by evaluating average response times.
