Enable/disable ConfigMap rollout. When

enabled (by default), ConfigMaps

deployed are suffixed with a hash and

references to the ConfigMap are

resolved. When enabled. changes to

configuration values file are rolled out

without requiring pod restarts to pick

new configurations.
