Now that we have implemented caching, let’s test the performance improvement. We will create a simple REST controller and measure the response times with and without caching.

Create a UserController class:

@RequestMapping("/api/users")

        this.userService = userService;
    }
    @GetMapping("/{id}")
    public ResponseEntity<User> getUser(@PathVariable Long id) {
