# This will log you into a postgres user session
sudo su postgres
# After that you enter psql mode with this(dont add the <> and for username
#you can start with postgres, postgres user has all priviledges):
psql -U <username> -d <database you want to connect to>

#Extra tips:
\l # list of databases
\d # list of relations, shows table + sequences
\dt # list of TABLES(no sequences)
\dS # list of SEQUENCES(no tables)
\du # list of roles, shows what users are available to use and what they can do
sudo service postgresql start(do this in normal mode to start using the server in ur projects)

# BONUS
Once connected to psql mode, ur terminal will look like this:
psql (12.15 (Ubuntu 12.15-0ubuntu0.20.04.1))
Type "help" for help.

usersdb=#

notice that in front of usersdb is a =, that's like "the start of the command".
sometimes it's be like this: usersdb-#, a - instead of =. That's bc the previous 
command isn't finished, and wtv u write will just not work, so DONT FORGET TO ADD
; AT THE END OF COMMANDS.
