Just add to protoc command this arg:

--pyi_out

protoc --proto_path=.\ProtoDefDir -I . --python_out=.\myOutDir\ --pyi_out=.\myOutDir\  .\myProtoDef.proto

It will generate for you .py as well as corresponding .pyi (stub file). After that your IDE will see the class names, intellisense will work etc.
