#1- Install Apache and Enable SSL Module
$ sudo apt update
$ sudo apt install apache2
$ sudo a2enmod ssl

#2- Acquire an SSL Certificate
$ sudo snap install --classic certbot
$ sudo ln -s /snap/bin/certbot /usr/bin/certbot
$ sudo certbot --apache

Step 3: Configure Apache to Use SSL Certificate
The following steps assume you have a certificate file (.crt) and a private key file (.key).
$ sudo nano /etc/apache2/sites-available/your_domain.conf

Edit your domain's configuration file to include the following lines:
<VirtualHost *:443>
    ServerName your_domain.com
    SSLEngine on
    SSLCertificateFile /path/to/your_certificate.crt
    SSLCertificateKeyFile /path/to/your_private.key
    DocumentRoot /var/www/your_domain
</VirtualHost>
Save the file and exit the text editor.

Then, enable the SSL site configuration and restart Apache:
$ sudo a2ensite your_domain.conf
$ sudo systemctl restart apache2

#4- Adjust Firewall Settings
$ sudo ufw allow 'Apache Full'
$ sudo ufw delete allow 'Apache'
This will allow traffic on both port 80 (HTTP) and port 443 (HTTPS).

#5- Test the Configuration
Test your SSL configuration by open https://your_domain.com
